Authentic as F*ck

Good Day!

Katherine Hepburn is quoted as saying "If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun". I also think that applies to authenticity. We live with a lot of "rules", spoken or implied. Where do those rules get in the way of you being fully expressed and seen? This week we are playfully looking at putting the foundation on your authentic life.
