One of the things I have noticed when working with leaders the last 20 years, the most committed leaders that look amazing - whose lives and careers people want to emulate - don’t always feel so great on the inside.

These are leaders that daydream about not having to “people” anymore.

Let me tell you a secret.


Every leader I have ever worked with has this secret fantasy to run away to an island or mountain - somewhere quiet, where no one expects anything from them.

Some would say this is the moment to quit and move to that secluded island. 

Other people would say you need to double down, work harder, be more aggressive.

THERE IS ANOTHER OPTION.

An option where you don’t have to escape from humanity or work even harder and continue to feel the burden of leadership. 

An option where you get to amplify your impact, reduce the toll leadership takes on you, and delight in your leadership and life.

That’s why I have taken all of the conversations, training, coaching, and experience I’ve had with leaders and as a leader and developed The Re-Lead Framework. 

A framework that allows you to do the inner transformational work that allows for external tangible results. Deep work. Real, lasting change.

  • Reveal. We look at what currently informs who you are and how you lead and we create opportunities to redefine everything from your own brilliance.

  • Reinvent. We produce alignment through self-trust and advocacy. How we relate to ourselves is how we show up for ourselves and increasing the level of trust you have with yourself, profoundly shifts your relationship - with everything.

  • Recalibrate. We explore and implement your foundations of freedom. These are internal factors that allow you to interact with external factors more powerfully as well as tactical items that can incorporate new ways in how you show up with others.

  • Realize. We take all of the internal discovery you've done so far and apply that intentionally to your leadership (and life).

I have worked with leaders, executives, and founders in Tech, PR, Advertising, Government, Entertainment (to name a few).

I have worked with leaders as business owners. I have worked with leaders in start-ups and leaders at big-ass companies.

I have worked with leaders with fancy titles. And leaders that are doing good in the world, sans the title and prestige.

All of the leaders I have worked with are committed to creating something meaningful. That something -- meaning -- is a powerful motivator for them. And it can also have them overworking, unhappy and even inadvertently undermining what they are here to do and be.

 

The Re-Lead Framework is about building your most powerful presence and leadership, yes; and more than anything, it is about how you feel on the inside as a powerful leader.

My coaching provokes identity shifts, upgraded self-concepts, more skilled leadership and life changes. I’m your strategist, your confidant, and relentless champion of YOU and your ambitions.

As your coach, I am far more interested in you trusting yourself and making choices from there than assuming I know what is best for you. I don’t. Nor does anyone but you.
