Meet Sarah Schneider
Well hello, I'm Sarah Schneider. I consider myself a leadership whisperer and that I was put on this planet to contribute to the development of leaders. Which is a fancy way of saying I coach and train leaders. Not with text books, powerpoint, or hypotheticals about leadership but by shaking up everything in our inside world to create the outside world as we dream it.
WHAT I AM NOT.
I’m not an advice-giver. I don’t have all of the answers for you. I’m not a magic pill. I have no idea what is best for you. I am not interested in you being more of someone else. And I can’t do the work for you.
WHAT I AM.
I am here to support you in remembering who you are. Not the world’s version, but yours. I am here to challenge your mindsets and internal beliefs. I am here to say the thing that maybe no one else will say. I am here to uncover what your audacious goals are and to cultivate your leadership in a way that brings those goals to life.
MY JOB IS TO SUPPORT YOU IN CHOOSING YOUR LEADERSHIP OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
I believe that leadership is one of our greatest ways to contribute positively to the world. Leadership is a way of being. A way of communicating. A way of creating relationships. A way of causing other people to lead. A way of using our power for good. A way to celebrate our own and each other’s humanity. A way to bring radical change to everything we touch.
ALLOW ME TO TOOT MY OWN HORN
For over 15 years I have been having candid conversations with leaders at all levels, supporting the professional and personal development of those leaders, and effectively building and leading teams. Prior to running my own business, I worked in the IT space and lead everything from innovative projects to entire company reorganizations to teams and entire regions.
I have had great successes as a leader and some real bumps. What I know to be true for me, is that leadership is not a place I am trying to get to, it is a constant evolution.
My leadership has evolved to run my own business, coach individuals, train people and teams in different aspects of leadership, have more impact, learn more about myself and my own voice, stand on stages and trust that at least one person will have gotten something of value, and so much more.
When I am not working with my one-on-one clients, training coaches and leaders with Accomplishment Coaching, or facilitating group work, I can be found slinging words from the stage on leadership, mindsets, being your own driving force, and living a mind-blowing life.
I also have a deep passion for women in leadership and believe that more women in leadership positions will change the world for the better. I choose to spend a good deal of time on women causes, one of which being as a board member for Washington Women in Need.
